Let me spend a second explaining how my company works. We are a group of free lance graphic designers and web developers. Tom Rains, the lead designer/developer, manages all of our projects. This system allows us to utilize a wide variety of skills on an as needed basis. It also allows us the ability to work on a wide variety projects ranging from systems trouble shooting to the most advanced on line presentations.
